After nearly two decades in classrooms, coaching roles, and curriculum leadership, I founded BrightBridge Learning Lab to help bring meaningful, inclusive, and future-ready learning to more classrooms — not just a few. Learning that centers students, honors teachers, and connects real life to the possibilities of tomorrow.
In my own classroom, I designed and refined these experiences every day — building mastery-based, inclusive, and problem-driven learning environments that grew alongside my students. But it was difficult. It took immense time, constant growth, and resources out of my own pocket.

And while I know so many incredible teachers are doing this work, there are still too many barriers — time, support, funding — that make it harder than it should be to make this the norm.
BrightBridge Learning Lab exists to remove those barriers.
I support teachers and leaders in designing powerful, authentic learning experiences — without the overwhelm.
Through strategic coaching, professional development, ready-to-adapt or custom resources, and instructional design support, I help schools and classrooms bring these practices to life at scale.
Together, we build classrooms where engagement rises, learning deepens, voices are amplified, equity grows — and yes, those all-important test scores follow.
Most importantly, we prepare students with the skills and mindsets they’ll need for futures yet to be imagined.
